After 4 hugely successful combined Core Emergency Medicine (EM), Focused Acute Medicine Ultrasound (FAMUS) and Paediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) courses our next course will be a dedicated PEM course.

This will be held on Friday 27th FEBRUARY 2026 at the Clarion Hotel in Boldon, Sunderland.

The one-day course is a true PEM POCUS course. 

We will include training on vascular access, lung, abdominal, echo, upper and lower limb MSK, femoral nerve block and skin & soft tissue infection/ foreign body identification.

Our course faculty have extensive experience and post-graduate qualifications in POCUS. They will be teaching using the latest user-friendly GE POCUS machines on live models as well as state-of-the-art Bodyworks Ultrasound Simulators to demonstrate real pathologies.
